Thank you for shopping with Rebirth Apparel. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed

  • You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Timeframes For In Stock Items

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Express International Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Pre Orders

Pre-order items are made to order and require additional time.

Pre Order Timeline:

  • Up to 4 weeks for manufacturing

  • 7–14 business days for shipping after dispatch

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


6. Delays

Rebirth Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our control (weather, strikes, global disruptions)


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, Rebirth Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
