At Rebirth Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

The item is in its original condition

All original tags and packaging are intact

Proof of purchase is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Items that are listed as an "Exclusive drop"

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or odour
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Defective

Incorrectly shipped
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Wait for return approval and instructions

Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If a return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet our return conditions.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Pre Orders
Pre-order items are non-refundable once production has begun, unless the item is faulty.
Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Rebirth Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your shipping carrier for assistance.
